Please join us for a Samu Day to help prepare the grounds for the Mortgage Liberation celebration on June 23. Come for as much or as little of the time as you can, and help "liberate" the place from the robust crop of weeds sprung up after recent heavy rains.
Join us for our regular Sunday morning service and zazen. At noon we will have a vegetarian potluck lunch, followed by work practice. You can bring your own dinner or dine at one of the nearby eateries. At 7pm we will have Dharma Study, starting in the Zendo for zazen and moving to the Forman House for light snacks and discussion.
Please join us for a day of temple caretaking and preparation for winter. Daigan David Arnold will be coordinating outdoor work practice, including fall clean-up and spreading wood chips, but we will also have indoor work opportunities. Even an hour each from many hands will make light work!

Please join us for samu on Saturday, September 10, when we'll work with
volunteers from Acts of Kindness (see wtb.org ) to beautify the area around
Tom Huff's sculpture and along the kinhin path and woods. We will dedicate
this day to the memory of September 11, 2001, working from 9-11 a.m. and 1-3
p.m. Come for as short or as long a time as you can.
Please join us this Saturday for a day of care for our beautiful Hoen-ji. Come whenever it is convenient for you and be prepared to work outdoors. Daigan, Myorin, and Kaity will be available throughout the day.
Plant life at Hoen-ji is responding readily to the warm weather and rain showers. The sangha grove and temple grounds continue to be lovely, healing, and in need of care.
