Summer Internship Opportunity at Dai Bosatsu Zendo

Dai Bosatsu Zendo, a beautiful, traditional Zen monastery on 1,400 acres in the Catskill Mountains of New York State, is offering summer internship opportunities. Interns will join residents working in the monastery's organic garden, chopping and stacking wood, maintaining grounds and trails, helping with vegetarian meals in the monastery's professional kitchen, preparing guest rooms, temple cleaning, laundry, and tasks related to special skills interns may have. Through such work, students gain valuable experience in contemplative life, hospitality for guest groups, Japanese etiquette and culture, organic gardening and sustainability.
